We know that to earn recommendations from our clients we need to be 100% focussed on looking them, rather than chasing after new clients. This means that our clients get the very best from us at all times.
We know that if clients are impressed by the work we do together they will feel that every business should have an accountant like Ten. And, they will start making recommendations. This will reduce our sales and marketing costs and ensure we continue to grow with better clients.
But, our referrals programme is probably slightly different to what you may have seen before.
For a start we don’t want you to make referrals until we have worked together for at least three months. This is to make sure we get on and you get value.
Second, it’s an ethical system based on non-monetary rewards. We want you to recommend us because it’s the right thing to do, not because we pay you. However, we do like to say thanks so every quarter we have a prize draw for all our clients.
