Here are the recent key Xero updates that impact businesses:
Live invoice preview
It is now possible to see what your invoices look like at any stage by clicking the preview button rather than producing a PDF.
Cash is king
You can now see the running bank balance in the Account Transaction screen. This takes into account unreconciled transactions and gives you a better picture of your cash position because it brings in future transactions.
The + sign
It’s now even easier to create transactions in Xero – just click the + icon. As well as Money Received and Spent you can create quotes, invoices, purchase orders and contacts.
Better understand your customers and suppliers by using the new Contact reports. Access the reports by choosing Contact Transactions – Summary.
Reporting with Tracking
It’s now possible to split out departments, cost centres and locations quickly and easily. It’s possible to have 36 columns including actuals, budgets, dates, formulas and notes.
